Thank you for stopping by my coaching page for a visit. If you are here its because something inside you is looking for more or less of something… Change requires awareness and a courage. BRAVO for starting!

There is no “magic pill” for joy or success, but I believe these things come as the result of a process. Sometimes we just need a person that we can share our ideas with, who won’t judge AND will also push us to get on track to where we want to go in life.

It is my role as your coach to help you discover, uncover, clarify, refine or define your goals and create your process. I do not direct or prescribe. I support the process in which YOU are encouraged to get in touch with your heart’s DEEPEST DESIRES and then, step across the threshold to CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

Over the course of my life, I have been an actor,  a digital media producer, and a marketing-communications and online community manager. I’ve had fun, been challenged, and done well BUT the most fulfilling role I have been able to play was that of a life coach. It may sound crazy for someone to hear but for me, working with my coaching clients is just as (and sometimes more) satisfying as being on a Hollywood movie set! I want to let you all in on the gifts I’ve received and am now compelled to share.

Like many coaches, my practice came about as a result of having to transform my own life. Without delving too deeply into details here, (you can read more about my personal struggles with anxiety and depression on my blog), my own journey out of what felt like insanity and into wellness, included a life coach. After a year I experienced such profound changes in my mental, physical and spiritual well-being, I knew I had to help others. By the time I developed my coaching program, I had had the kind of breakthroughs, that for me, were nothing short of miraculous! Let me share some of them with you.

• Healed from a broken heart.
• Changed and improved my diet.
• Paid off ALL debt; then met and exceeded my financial income goals by over 10% (in spite of a so-called “DISMAL ECONOMY”)
• Ditched panic attacks.
• Embraced my true self and felt healthier and happier than EVER!

Since beginning my coaching practice, I have also embraced my role as an advocate and influencer in my community. I decided that I want to live in a healthy world and the best thing I can do is teach others how to go after living their best lives. I have the following programs open:
