I know there is a lot to process these days. I was feeling overwhelmed by all the madness popping up in my news feeds and I thought, “Man, I have got to write a post on this!” Like many of my posts I did the research on processing bad news and I came across a post by Mayo Clinic psychiatrist Dr. Sheila Jowsey. She gives the following advice on handling negativity: [Read more…]
Sadgirl and Mousie on Fierce by MiTu.
I post quite a bit about Mi Vida Loca on this blog because it was such a huge milestone in my life. MANY gifts have come as a result of my involvement in that project but bar none, one of the greatest treasures has been the friendships.
Forgiveness: Your Health Depends on It!

Dr. Lissa Rankin: Mind Over Medicine: Scientific Proof You Can Heal Yourself
This is a great watch. Followers or fans of “alternative medicine” or those in agreement with spiritual “laws,” may not find her revelations new but, some more conservative types, may still struggle to accept her findings. I applaud Dr. Rankin for boldy stepping into a space that can sometimes be harsh. Anyone who has ever made any kind of significant changes to our world, usually faces strong opposition. The skeptic looks for ways to prove something is wrong. The curious, look for ways to discover infinite possibilities.
I am among the curious. Who are you?
If you know of anyone with frequent illnesses, PLEASE share this video or a copy of the book. Let them decide for themselves, who they are and if they believe they can get well.
