Mind Over Medicine: Scientific Proof You Can Heal Yourself
Dr. Lissa Rankin: Mind Over Medicine: Scientific Proof You Can Heal Yourself
This is a great watch. Followers or fans of “alternative medicine” or those in agreement with spiritual “laws,” may not find her revelations new but, some more conservative types, may still struggle to accept her findings. I applaud Dr. Rankin for boldy stepping into a space that can sometimes be harsh. Anyone who has ever made any kind of significant changes to our world, usually faces strong opposition. The skeptic looks for ways to prove something is wrong. The curious, look for ways to discover infinite possibilities.
I am among the curious. Who are you?
If you know of anyone with frequent illnesses, PLEASE share this video or a copy of the book. Let them decide for themselves, who they are and if they believe they can get well.

The Giving Tree
This book sums up life and love in about 20 pages…
I first received a copy of this book when I was 18. It was from a boyfriend. I cried.
More than 20 years later, I STILL cry when I read it. I’m so amazed by the artists who can in so few words express the most complex states of emotion. I am even more grateful for the experience of giving till it hurts, living my purpose and of course surviving it all…
If you’ve not read this, I highly recommend it.
Love,

Reading this, made me think of the powerful women of En Vogue and their 1992 classic. Free your mind. May the force be with you…
Self Health Revolution Author Interview Michael Zenn

Here is my interview with the author of one of my favorite books, The Self Health Revolution. J. Michael Zenn.
Whole Foods Market CEO and Founder “Enthusiastically” Endorses “The Self
Health Revolution.” A short, powerful little book, The Self Health
Revolution, surprisingly produces a jaw-dropping, heart-stopping,
awe-inspiring, laugh-out-loud read. The author, J. Michael Zenn,
convincingly persuades the reader they must seize control of their
health now (Self Health) by taking a few, utterly-simple, 15-minute
steps to loose weight, escape pain, ward off disease and recapture the
energy lost in their youth.
This book is under 200 pages, filled with pictures, tips and tricks and to me, more than a book. This is a potential life changing vehicle. I have given this book to friends, family and clients. I keep a copy in my kitchen. In this audio clip, Michael generously shares some of his wisdom with us. Enjoy.

The Artist Date is not just for artist…
“The Artist Way” by Julia Cameron is a book I read over and over again. There are some simple tools outlined in the book that inspire and ignite more creativity in, passion about and appreciation for, LIFE. In this clip I share my ideas on the artist date and it’s application for those who don’t claim to be artist.
Minor Correction: in this
video I mention that the artist date is a minimum of an hour a day. I
meant an hour a WEEK. Wishful thinking on my part! 😉
Julia Cameron herself has done a few videos explaining her tools. If they resonate with you, I recommend a visit to the website and of course, the book.
